COLTS SEASON FEES

According to Australian consumer law, we are not required to offer a refund for a change of mind or incorrect size. However, we can offer a credit note that is valid for 12 months or an exchange of the product for the same value.

• Refund must be completed within 21 days of purchase and proof of purchase is required: which includes: a receipt, bank statement, or online invoice.
• Items must be in their original packaging and unworn.
  Strictly no refunds on sale items and swimwear
• A product that is faulty, does not match the description of the item or is unsafe, can be negotiated depending on the severity of the fault – a refund, credit, exchange, or repair may be issued.

If returning via post, we are not required to pay for postage- these costs must be covered by the customer. (PO Box 368, Fremantle, WA, 6959)- SFFC takes no responsibility for lost/damaged parcels that occurs during postage.
