South Fremantle Football Club is incredibly excited to announce that both senior coaches have recommitted for a further two years.
Having Craig White and Pia Faletti leading our men’s and women’s programs respectively through until at least the end of the 2028 season provides great stability and confidence for the future of our football programs.
Sharing this news in front of both senior playing groups together made the moment special.
Head of Football Charlie Burke says that the Club is delighted to renew two coaches who have made such considerable impact.
“Craig and Pia are both highly respected across our football club and the industry at large. They have built strong relationships with our players, staff, members, supporters and stakeholders with a great ability to connect with people on a personal level is one of their greatest strengths and a key reason why both programs continue to thrive” said Burke.
“Craig’s first season as senior coach was remarkable, guiding the men’s program to a premiership after previously achieving success as a premiership player. He has created a culture and environment that has had an immediate impact on the group while continuing to develop our younger players and set them up for long-term success.”
“Pia has done an outstanding job building our women’s program into one of the premier state league programs in the country. The trust and respect she has earnt from players and staff is a testament to the genuine care, support and leadership she brings every day, and we’re excited about the direction the program is heading under her guidance” Burke concluded.
Securing the extension of both coaches early in the season allows South Fremantle to focus on the continued growth and continuity of the football program.
It provides certainty as we build and retain playing lists, support staff and create the best possible environment for success both on-and-off the field.
