South Fremantle Football Club is excited to announce five additions to its playing list ahead of the 2027 WAFL season, welcoming Tyler Nesbitt to the Kennel alongside the return of four familiar Bulldogs.
Five new signings sees a combination of fresh talent, valuable interstate experience and players who already understand what it means to represent the red and white.
The arrival of Tyler Nesbitt, alongside the returns of Thomas Bell, Kaden Harbour, Jimmy Miller and Matt Ward, provides an exciting boost to the Club’s playing depth and ambitions heading into the new season.
Joining South Fremantle from Peel Thunder, Tyler Nesbitt arrives as an exciting addition to the Bulldogs’ 2027 squad.
At 186cm and aged 24, Nesbitt brings valuable WAFL experience and further strengthens the Club’s playing options heading into the new campaign.
Thomas Bell returns to South Fremantle following a stint in South Australia with the Adelaide Crows in the SANFL. Having tested himself in a different football environment, Bell returns to the Kennel with valuable interstate experience, further development under his belt and plenty to offer.
Kaden Harbour is another exciting inclusion, returning to the red and white after spending time with the Sydney Swans in the VFL. His experience in an AFL-aligned program will be a valuable asset as he looks to make his mark once again at South Fremantle.
Jimmy Miller also makes his way back to Fremantle following time with Port Melbourne in the VFL. Having tested himself in a different football environment, Miller returns with additional experience and a strong connection to the Club he previously called home.
Rounding out the returning quartet is Matt Ward, who rejoins the Bulldogs following time playing in the Peel Football League (PFL). His return adds further depth to the squad and reinforces the strong connection between South Fremantle and its former players.
These signings represent more than simply strengthening a playing list. They reflect the culture, connection and sense of belonging that continues to bring players back to the Club.
