The following instructions are provided for Members, leading into the 2025 AGM:

Having received four (4) Director nominations for four (4) Board vacancies, there is no requirement for a member’s ballot, in accordance with 15.3(d) of the Club’s Constitution.

1. Caitlin Worner will be elected as a Club Director, for a 2-year term
2. Bruce Willis will be re-elected as a Club Director, for an additional 2-year term
3. Dean Nalder will be re-elected as a Club Director, for an additional 2-year term
4. Simon Moore-Crouch will be re-elected as a Club Director, for an additional 2-year term
