2020 AGM – BOARD NOMINEES

The above nominations have been received and accepted by the CEO by today’s deadline, 5pm Monday November 16.

Incumbent Director Don Pasqua has announced his retirement from the Board and will not be seeking re-election.

The following instructions are provided for Members, leading into the 2020 AGM
(Monday December 7, 6pm, WJ Hughes Bar, South Fremantle Football Club).

Having received four (4) Director nominations for four (4) Board vacancies, there is no requirement for a member’s ballot, in accordance with 15.3(d) of the Club’s Constitution.

1. Peter Christie will be re-elected as a Club Director;

There was one nomination for the role of President – received by Peter Christie. His re-election as President will be put to the members to confirm at the AGM, in accordance with 15.3(f) of the Club’s Constitution.

2. Anthony Van Der Wielen will be re-elected as a Club Director;

3. Liz Houston will be elected as a Club Director;

4. Hayley Manser will be elected as a Club Director.
