COUNTDOWN TO DARWIN | GUERNSEY & SQUAD

South Fremantle are excited to announce the launch of our 2023 NT Game Guernsey.
The guernsey was designed to help differentiate from the NT representative side guernsey, as well as incorporating aspects of our NAIDOC story as illustrated by Shardah Jetta-Farmer.
The guernsey is a replica of our 1997 Premiership Guernsey with Shardah’s artwork through the V.
There is also small detail in the middle of the chest that commemorates the importance of this game, reading: SFFC v NTFL | 21.01.23 | DARWIN
This trip is one of great importance to our football club to celebrate and strengthen the relationship we have with the Northern Territory. It was 50 years ago that we first travelled to Darwin to play and 25 years since our last game in the NT.
Although a coincidence, we have once again kept the streak of travelling to Darwin every 25 years. We hope it isn’t another 25 years before we are back in the NT playing football.
