Election of Office Bearers – correction of the record

The South Fremantle Football Club would like to provide an update to information provided in Tuesday’s newsletter.

As at 5.00pm on Friday 15th November 2019, being the appointed closing time for nominations of the following positions:

DIRECTORS
Three (3) required – Two (2) Year Term

The following nominations were received:

GAVIN JAHN (Director)
RORY VASSALLO (Director)
BRUCE WILLIS (Director)
LIZ HOUSTON (Director)
HAYLEY MANSER (Operations and Events Committee)
JANE GRLJUSICH (Operations and Events Committee)

Upon discussions with the Club President/Executive, Ms Houston and Mrs Manser agreed to withdraw their nominations and as a result will be duly considered for nomination as co-opted positions to the Board, by the Board, at the next scheduled Board meeting.

Ms Grljusich agreed to withdraw her Board nomination to continue contributing through the Operations and Events Committee.

Accordingly, no Board election is required, and continued Board stability is essential.

In accordance with the Constitution of the South Fremantle Football Club, Members are advised that Nominees Mr Jahn, Mr Vassallo and Mr Willis have been duly elected.
