SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Members are hereby given notice that the South Fremantle Football Club Special General Meeting will be held in the Griff John Function Room on Friday 15 ^th March 2019 at 6.00pm to deal with an outstanding item following our AGM in December 2018.

Endorsement of SFFC’s proposed new Constitution

In line with the member’s wishes (Those present at the AGM in December 2018) representatives from SFFC Board met with Club’s Trustees to discuss and amend the following items;

• AGM Quorum to remain at 40 members
• President to remain Member-elected
• Term of office for Board Members to remain at 2 years
• Term of office for Trustees to be amended to 2 years in line with Board member terms of office
