2022 FINANCIAL RESULT
The South Fremantle Football Club has today announced an operating profit before depreciation and amortisation of $161,780 for the financial year ending October 31, 2022, with a final declared net profit of $119,702.
The Club saw strong revenue performance from several key income operations, inclusive Gate Receipts and Commercial Partnership arrangements in 2022, beating forecasts.
The pleasing result supports the delivery of the club's four financial fundamentals:
- Being profitable
- Being debt free
- Being financially stable, independent, and sustainable
- Preserve and grow our asset base
CEO Cameron Britt explains that the result is a combination of hard-work, sensible strategy, and most considerably, the significant loyalty & support shown from all stakeholders.
“I thank all our members, fans and commercial partners, as this sort of result at a WAFL Club simply isn’t achievable without their considerable, unwavering support”
“Our financial performance places us in a strong position, allowing us to invest in our football programs, facilities, and our people. By doing so, we structure and steward the club towards more sustainable success, on and off field” Britt concluded.
The Club’s AGM is scheduled for this evening, Monday December 5 (6pm), in the Hughes Bar.
