2023 FINANCIAL RESULT
The South Fremantle Football Club has today announced an operating profit before depreciation and amortisation of $152,319 for the financial year ending October 31, 2023, with a final declared net profit of $110,100.
Operational highlights included significant revenue from investment interests, gate receipts and increased commercial arrangements.
We are pleased to see continuing commercial partner growth across the Club, with such support fuelling our ability to invest directly back into football high-performance.
The result was supported by savings made during the course of the year, namely from staff changes and a reduced TPP spend due to significant injuries to first-choice players.
CEO Cameron Britt explains that the result is a combination of hard-work, sensible strategy, but most considerably, loyal support from all stakeholders during a complex year.
“We have worked diligently to ensure that we can deliver another strong financial result, and we are proud to display that we are a capable and resilient business”
“I thank all our members, fans and commercial partners for their ongoing support, and as a Club, we cannot wait to see what we can achieve in 2024, on and off the field of play” Britt concluded.
The 2023 AGM is scheduled this Monday December 4 (6pm), in the Hughes Bar.
