WAFL HEAD COACH
The South Fremantle Football Club is a 124-year-old sporting organisation that prides itself on high-performance outcomes to deliver sustainable success for all members, supporters & partners. The Club is presenting an opportunity for an experienced & professional Senior Men’s Coach.
The Oppurtunity:
The WAFL Head Coach works closely with the Head of Football, Reserves Coach, Assistant Coaches, IT/Analysis, Leadership Consultant, High-Performance Manager, Head Physiotherapist, Colts Coach, support staff and wider Football Club staff to lead and drive the creation of a positive learning, wellbeing and growth environment for our players and staff. In this role you will be responsible for the development of a strong performance culture where team values are respected and consistently met by the playing group. The Head Coach will also play a key role in the recruitment, retention, and management of the WAFL playing list and will build strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders.

5. Football program implementation
6. Media engagements and club/WAFL events
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum Level 2 AFL Coaching Qualification
• Coaching experience, preferably within a State League and/or AFL environment
• Sound knowledge or awareness of IT platforms used at state league level such as HUDL (vision platform) and Champion Data (statistics)
• Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of football knowledge and the ability to pass that knowledge on to players
• Clear coaching philosophy that reflects SFFC values
• A current Driver’s License
• Current Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain)
