On Friday the 21st of July we held our annual Allomes Medal Count. The night recognized all the hard work and effort of both our WAFLW and Rogers Cup teams.
Sally and Jenna Allomes joined us on this special night - the award is named after them and their efforts and contribution throughout Women's Football.
The 2023 Allomes Medallist was awarded to Ariana Hetherington - in her first-ever year at South Fremantle Football Club.

Due to a combination of staff change and employee circumstances, South Fremantle Football Club has recently undertaken a review and restructure of the club's football administration and associated roles.
Endorsed by the Club's Board of Directors, the following resource changes are announced:

SOUTH Fremantle kicked the first three goals of the game on Sunday against Perth before being able to convert a three quarter-time lead into an eventual seven-point victory at Mineral Resources Park.
Both the Demons and Bulldogs were desperate for a win currently occupying two of the last three positions on the WAFL ladder coming into Sunday's match up at Lathlain in Round 14 of the WAFL.

South Fremantle defender Toby McQuilkin will remain in hospital overnight following the concussion injury he sustained during the 2nd quarter of our WAFL game today against the Perth Football Club.
He is being further assessed as a precaution and is expected to undergo an MRI Scan in the morning.

SOUTH Fremantle will be desperate to return to the WAFL winner's list this Sunday when taking on Perth at Lathlain's Mineral Resources Park.
The Round 14 match up between South Fremantle and Perth will begin on Sunday at 11.40am and will be shown live on Channel 7.
The Reserves contest starts the day at Mineral Resources Park at 9.10am before the Colts match will wrap things up starting at 2.30pm.

The annual WAFLW Awards were held on the 10th of July with a big South Fremantle representative.
The Awards night took place at The Astral Ballroom at Crown with 10 of our WAFLW and Rogers girls being nominees.
It was a great evening to celebrate the players and all their hard work and dedication throughout the season.
The Rogers Cup girls are straight into preparation for the upcoming Grand Final against undefeated West Perth.

THE WAFLW grand final is now set for 2023 this Saturday with East Fremantle overpowering South Fremantle in Sunday's preliminary final to book in a rematch with Claremont.

IT was another heartbreaking loss this season for South Fremantle on Saturday with Claremont kicking the last goal of the game to snatch the four-point NAIDOC Week victory.
