SOUTH Fremantle couldn’t quite extend its winning streak to six this WAFL season with a 44-point loss in Mandurah to Peel Thunder despite the best efforts of Isiah Winder.
The WAFL season took a break last week for the State game against the SANFL at Optus Stadium with Peel and South Fremantle then resuming in hot form against one another at Lane Group Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

IT was only a late goal from West Perth in the dying minutes that denied South Fremantle the Round 13 WAFLW victory on Saturday at Fremantle Community Bank Oval.

DESPITE four goals from Zoe Huggett, South Fremantle wasn’t quite able to come away from Steel Blue Oval on Saturday with the win as Swan Districts claimed the 11-point victory.

Last week saw the opportunity for our players to go out and visit our Junior Community Clubs within the South Fremantle District. Many excited kids as they got to participate in drills with their WAFL inspirations. Some sessions even saw the kids have posters, footys, t-shirts, boots, and much more signed by our players.
