SOUTH Fremantle and Claremont both suffered shock losses leading into the State game break with the Bulldogs now hoping to respond the better when taking on the Tigers on Saturday afternoon.

The South Fremantle Football Club is deeply saddened by the passing of former player Cam McCarthy.
A South zoned junior from the South Coogee JFC, McCarthy was drafted pick 14 in 2013 to the GWS Giants direct from the South Colts program, before returning to WA in 2017 to play with the Fremantle Dockers.
In 2021, Cam rejoined South Fremantle and played WAFL footy in both the 2021 & 2022 seasons.

On Monday night the State 18s and State 16s Jumper Presentation was held at Optus Stadium. This occasion saw 6 South Fremantle representatives up on stage.
Representing the Bulldogs in the State 16s side are Heath Wilson, Lucas Robinson, and Sam Hookham. They are set to play in July at National Level.

SOUTH Fremantle made it four straight wins this WAFL season with Isiah Winder starring in the eventual 37-point victory against Perth at Fremantle Community Bank Oval.
